![]() Corporate has been zero help because they want you to take it up with the franchise owner who obviously has no morals so she doesn't really care about what she did and made up some story to corporate that I said it was a fraudulent charge which I did not, I said exactly what I am saying in this review. I didn't even find out until maybe 9 months later when I was trying to get a loan and noticed I had one derogatory mark on my credit report which dropped my score and guess who it was, Burn Boot Camp. She then, without my knowledge made up a membership amount of $140 which was not the amount that I ever paid and sent me to collections without even informing me that I had this fake balance with them that she made up because she was angry that I got my money back. I asked a few more times but was ignored so I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they investigated and ruled in my favor and I was refunded my $125. She happily canceled my membership but of course she kept my money. I messaged her and told her that since her doors are closed and she has now also kicked me out of the Facebook members group for trying to help her that I would like her to just close my membership out completely instead of freezing it until I heal, I would not be coming back to the gym because I didn't appreciate the way I was being treated and asked her to credit me back. She obviously didn't want her customers to know that she could qualify for assistance so she deleted my comment and kicked me out of the Facebook member group. Right after this, their doors were closed because of Covid, she was asking people to please continue to pay their memberships even though they couldn't come workout so I offered her advice on how she could apply for pandemic assistance because the company that I work for had just applied. She said no, you can just use the month that you paid for after you heal. I went to the Dr, got the note, brought it to her and asked her to please credit my account back because I told her I wanted to freeze it before it billed. I told her that I would not be able to get into the Dr before my membership billed and I was trying to avoid that since I had just been laid off, she could care less and made me go to the Dr during the pandemic to get a note or she would not freeze the account. ![]() ![]() It was the beginning of the pandemic and she wanted me to go get a Dr note before she would freeze my account. I tore the labrum in my hip doing one of their workouts so I had an MRI done which confirmed the tear, I asked them to freeze my account and offered a copy of my MRI results. The owner, Lindsay is a horrible human being and used her position as a business owner to lower my credit score just because she could.
